Talking too much than usual, recalling sad moments, complaining about life, situation and needed immediate change. I try possible ways to stop being sad and come out of it as soon as I can. Ahh!! I have many normal reasons to be sad.
Its kind of strange that after every phase of sadness, i feel great energy, hope and creativity. As soon as i started to talk about my sadness, i find many more reasons to be happy again.
